Singapore · India · US  •  Cross-Border Wealth Audit

Your Financial Life,
Unified Across Borders

Most NRIs lose $5K–$15K a year to tax inefficiency, scattered accounts, and decisions made in isolation. In 60 minutes, we map your entire cross-border picture and surface what's costing you — and what's quietly at risk.

Why this exists

I built this because I lived the problem.

Two minutes on why I'm running these audits — and why I think most NRIs are quietly paying a tax on fragmentation they never see on any statement.

The reality most NRIs don't see — until they do

Your money spans countries.
Your view of it doesn't.

What you likely have
  • Bank accounts, investments, or property across SG and India
  • Different advisors handling different slices
  • No single view of what exists where

It works. Until it doesn't.

What typically breaks
  • Paying more tax than necessary across jurisdictions
  • Assets family cannot easily access if something happens
  • Missed or forgotten accounts that slowly decay
  • Fragmented decisions that don't compound

Most people discover these only during a crisis.

What the audit does

In 60 minutes, we make the invisible visible.

No tools to learn. No long engagement. No sales pitch. Just clarity, structured in a single page you can act on — with your existing CA, FA, or lawyer if needed.

01

A clear asset map

Everything you own across Singapore, India, and the US — accounts, investments, property, holdings — structured in one view so you finally see the whole picture.

02

Identified gaps & risks

Where money is quietly leaking (tax, FX, duplicate fees) and where things can break — nominee gaps, access risk, estate exposure, compliance drift.

03

Practical next steps

A prioritized list of what to fix, in what order — using advisors you already have. Most clients find a single fix that recovers the $75 fee many times over.

Who's running this

Hi, I'm Tushar.

I'm an NRI based in Singapore with financial ties across India and the US — so the cross-border problem isn't theoretical for me. I've spent years in technology and product, and I started this because every NRI family I know was either quietly losing money or quietly carrying risk they couldn't see.

There's no sales team behind this. You'll talk to me directly. If I can't help, I'll say so in the first ten minutes.

Who this is for

Is this for you?

A fit if you are…
  • An NRI based in Singapore (or planning a move)
  • With financial presence in India — investments, property, accounts
  • Managing multiple moving parts without a single system
  • Open to structure and honest pushback
Probably not if…
  • Your setup is simple and single-country
  • You already have a consolidated cross-border view you trust
  • You're looking for product recommendations or sales

No value, no pay. If you tell me in the first 15 minutes this isn't useful, the session is free.

A soft invitation

Some audits turn into conversations worth sharing.

I'm building a small podcast on cross-border wealth — the real stories, not the sales pitches. If something about your situation carries a lesson others could use, I may invite you as a guest after our session. Anonymized if you prefer. Totally optional, no obligation, no strings.

You can flag interest on the booking form below — or just see how the audit goes first.

Common questions

Before you book

I already have a CA and a financial advisor. How is this different?

This complements them — it doesn't replace them. Your CA optimizes within India. Your FA optimizes within their scope. No one is typically looking at the full cross-border picture. That's the gap this audit fills.

Do I need to prepare or share documents?

No documents required. A basic working understanding of your accounts and assets is enough. The pre-session form handles the rest.

Is this financial advice?

No. This is a structured audit to give you clarity and direction. You'll execute any changes with your existing advisors — or I can point you to trusted ones if you need.

What if I don't find it useful?

Tell me in the first 15 minutes and the session is free. I'd rather lose the $75 than waste your hour.

Is my information safe?

Nothing is stored beyond what we discuss in the session. No platforms, no logins, no account credentials. Anything sensitive stays between us.

How private is the podcast thing?

Entirely opt-in and entirely separate. If we talk and something seems worth sharing, I'll ask. You can say no, or we can anonymize. The audit doesn't depend on it.

If everything is already structured, visible, and accessible to your family — you don't need this.

If not, 60 minutes tells you where you actually stand.
